Had a half sandwich and a soup bowl. Both were great. Was disappointed that they were unable to look up my rewards number using my phone number. This has worked at every other Panera I've been to, not sure why it didn't work here.

Not a great visit at panara today. I didn't wait too long for my food and it wasn't bad. It never is. I think they have a pretty consistent product. My issue was with 2 things. The cleanliness of the dining room was horrendous. I would have walked out if I didn't already pay for my food. And they ran out of chips and apples for sides?!?! I was offered bread as a side for my sandwich. That made zero sense. Then I went to get soda and they were out of Mountain Dew. Panara has a good business model, they just need people to execute it. I may or may not have enjoyed my meal. They will never know because no one ever asked. With so many great choices in this area, I think I might not return to this location

Over $6 for a smoked turkey sandwich with thinly sliced whole grain bread, two thin, grizzly slices of lunch meat, a couple small pieces of lettuce, two thin slices of a small tomato, and NO cheese or condiments. For that price they should come up with some unique and creative condiments to put on the sandwich themselves instead of just supplying mustard and mayo packets. I ordered bread as my side and was given a tiny bag of chips. Only reason for the two stars is the friendliness of the cashier (despite her lack of order accuracy) and the bottomless soda fountain. Go to Jersey Mikes east on Speedway or Larry's Giant Subs on Beville Rd., who has homemade soups. NO COMPETITION.

Hot, soft French baguettes will make you rock hard. Broccoli chicken soup is the shit, cookies and muffins are awesome. Would give 5 stars, but Panera is a little expensive for my liking. Otherwise, though, this place is awesome.

sooooo aggravated. i have been traveling all day and come to this panera thinking yay i made it right at closing time and even though there was a costumer just leaving it was ONE minute after closing time they turned me down. so disappointed as i am a huge fan of panera bread. please try being more lenient because that's ridiculous.

Really disappointing. Have been a fan of Panera for years. I frequent the various Paneras back home at least every other week and it is almost always a great experience. I thought stopping in for lunch would be a good idea ... nope. Have stopped by three times thus far during my vacation. On each occasion I have found the staff unpleasant to deal with ... On one visit I asked if they had a particular bakery item and was told "if it isn't out, we DON'T have it" ... a simple no, would have sufficed. Tried to get a BBQ chicken salad for lunch on two occasions, they were out of the dressing both times (before lunch) ... Again, attitude: "it IS a seasonal item, and will be coming off the menu soon." Soup was served warm (not hot), bread is more undercooked/doughy than at other Paneras. This one also seems to add some sort of glaze to many of its pastry items (ie: danishes). In all, disappointing. It is worth noting, I wasn't even here during a busy time (maybe one person in front of me at the register when I walked in) I'd hate to see how this place functions when it is slammed.

The service here is always friendly even though they are on the busiest thoroughfare in Volusia County. Parking is ample when factoring in the shopping center behind it and the outdoor seating can be very pleasant.

I'm sorry I just think Panera is awesome. Its not cheap. A kids meal and a "You Pick Two" with two drinks and a cookie is about $20, but the value is in the food quality and service. Also the rewards program is nice-definitely sign up for that if you are a regular.

The service is friendly, but I'm not sure that the cashiers really listen. I always get my food to go and I always say, "This order will be to go". And then they always ask, at some point, "Will this be for here or to go?". It always happens. With different cashiers. Go figure. Anyway, I like their soups, sandwiches, and salads. I pretty much stay away from the pastries due to visible flies at times. They are very consistent, which I can appreciate. This particular location is usually pretty busy and sometimes parking can be tricky, but there is a large lot behind the restaurant. They have a patio too.

Saw an employee rinse out the tea carafe in the bathroom. Does not make the germaphobe in me feel good. At least I ate prior to seeing this. Food was good, lol!

I normally order soups and salads from Panera, which are delicious! Due to travel, I grabbed a sandwich to eat in the car. I ordered the smokehouse turkey and 86'ed the onion and tomato. To my disappointment I received a couple pieces of lettuce and turkey between two little pieces of bread that cost nearly $9. I will return for the soups and salads, but will definitely head elsewhere next time when in search of a sandwich.

My fiance and I visited this location last Saturday, October 15th. Upon arriving inside, he beelined straight to the dessert items. He noticed that there were several large flies on quite a bit of the pastries. I brought it to the attention of the cashier whom took my order and she went and brushed the flies off-- only for them to relocate to another pastry. ..So.. I'm going to steer clear of the pastries from now on... Food wise, I had the Sierra Turkey sandwich with the Mac & Cheese. Sandwich was delicious however the Mac & Cheese was quite soupy.. Which isn't a typical aspect of the dish. Overall- service was great, food was delicious like always, cleanliness definitely needs some help!

I go to this place at least once a week. It is usually clean and the staff are polite. The food is served fast. A bit costly for what they offer, but pleasant overall experiences.
